Delivery Details

  • When can I expect my delivery?

  • Place your order by 8PM and your meal will be delivered to your home or office the next weekday or on Sunday (based on your selection)

  • Is there a minimum order?

  • Yes, the minimum order amount is $100

  • What are the delivery fees?

  • The delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. However, it typically ranges between $15 - $20

  • Do you order any free delivery?

  • All orders above $200 qualify for free delivery (applies only to Greater Sydney)

Delivery Notifications

You will receive an SMS or email notification on the morning of your delivery with a time estimate. Our delivery drivers will follow any special instructions that you have provided at checkout.

Standard delivery time is between 10AM - 8PM. On the delivery day, you will receive an SMS or email with a 2 hour delivery window. Should there be any changes to your estimated delivery time, you will be notified.
