Delivery Details

  • When can I expect my delivery?

  • Our orders are typically next day delivery (excluding Saturdays). However, for the months of February and March, deliveries will only take place on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.

  • The delivery period is between 2pm - 10pm.

  • Is there a minimum order?

  • Yes, the minimum order amount is $80

  • What are the delivery fees?

  • The delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. However, it typically ranges between $10 - $20.

  • Do you order any free delivery?

  • All orders above $120 qualify for free delivery (applies only to Greater Sydney)

Delivery Notifications

You will receive an email notification on the day of your order when our kitchen begins preparing your meals. Our delivery drivers will follow any special instructions that you have provided at checkout.

Delivery time is between 2PM - 10PM. Due to the nature of our fresh meal preparation, we cannot provide an exact delivery time in advance. However, our driver will contact you via SMS or phone call when your order is approximately 30 minutes away from delivery. Should there be any changes or delays, you will be notified.
