Delivery Details

  • When can I expect my delivery?

  • We deliver on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 2pm and 10pm. These are our standard delivery days.

  • If none of these days suit you, you can request a preferred delivery date at checkout. Where we're able to accommodate your preferred date, your order will be delivered on that day instead of your standard delivery day. If we're unable to meet your preferred date, we'll notify you by email and your order will be delivered on your next standard delivery day.

  • Is there a minimum order?

  • Yes, the minimum order amount is $80

  • What are the delivery fees?

  • The delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. However, it typically ranges between $10 - $20.

  • Do you order any free delivery?

  • All orders above $120 qualify for free delivery (applies only to Greater Sydney)

Delivery Notifications

You'll receive an email notification when our kitchen begins preparing your meals on the day of your delivery.

Our drivers will follow any special instructions provided at checkout.

Delivery takes place between 2pm and 10pm. Due to the nature of our fresh meal preparation, we're unable to confirm an exact time in advance - however, your driver will contact you by SMS or phone call when they're approximately 30 minutes away. If there are any changes or delays, you'll be notified promptly.
